Dr. Nilesh Khade : Co-founder and CEO
Dr. Nilesh Khade is a passionate veterinary doctor who has dedicated his career to the betterment of animal health. He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) degree from Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU) in India. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a PhD from Ohio University, USA, where he delved deep into the molecular aspects of animal health.
With a rich foundation in academia, Dr. Khade further honed his skills by working in a prestigious biopharmaceutical company in India for 3 years. He has been a driving force at ALVI Lifesciences, spearheading advancements in veterinary diagnostics and research. His expertise makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Vaishali Kute : Co-founder and Director
Vaishali Kute is a co-founder and director at ALVI Lifesciences, contributing her extensive knowledge and experience in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. She holds a B. Pharm. degree from the University of Pune and went on to achieve an MS from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) Ahmedabad.
With a strong academic foundation, Vaishali has 5 years of academic experience under her belt. Over the year, she has focused her expertise on microbiology and feed analysis at ALVI Lifesciences. Her dedication to research and her commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of animals have been instrumental in the growth and success of our laboratory.
Together, Dr. Nilesh Khade and Vaishali Kute form the dynamic leadership team that drives ALVI Lifesciences to new heights in the world of veterinary diagnostics and research. Their passion, knowledge, and dedication serve as the cornerstone of our mission to advance animal health and welfare.
